As a Student Trainee (m/f/d) in SAP Consulting, you will support our consulting team with diverse tasks and gain exclusive insights into the daily work of a management consultancy in customer service.
Your Responsibilities as a Student Trainee (m/f/d) SAP Consulting in Customer Service:
- Support in Daily Business: Participate in documenting customer service business processes and actively contribute to process optimization.
- Involvement in Workshops and Client Meetings: Create presentations, demo scenarios, and best practice processes, as well as prepare for and attend client meetings and workshops to support the consulting team in the SAP S/4HANA Service or CS area.
- Understanding Customer Service Processes: Deepen your understanding of customer service processes and their mapping in IT systems.
- Optimization of Internal Processes: Help shape and continuously improve our internal workflows within SEC.
- Technical Preparation and Research: Support research and preparation of customer service topics with a focus on SAP.
What You Bring as a Student Trainee (m/f/d) SAP Consulting in Customer Service:
- Ongoing Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, (Business) Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Initial experience with ERP or CRM solutions like SAP, Salesforce, or ServiceNow is advantageous, especially SAP S/4HANA Service.
- Ideally, initial practical experience in (IT) consulting.
- Enjoy solving complex issues and possess strong analytical thinking skills.
- High IT affinity and interest in using IT solutions to resolve customer problems.
- Proactive, self-reliant work style and a quick grasp of concepts.
