Technischer Projektmanager (m/w/d)

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) for our partner company in Munich, to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Manage national and international projects in the field of technical training and learning solutions, gradually taking responsibility for individual sub-projects.
• As part of the project team, create and review training needs analyses, training concepts, and technical scripts for learning content.
• Design and evaluate digital learning media and learning programs, ensuring their technical and didactic quality.
• Coordinate internal and external interfaces and accompany reviews, tests, and acceptances with customers and project stakeholders.
• Advise on the development of training concepts and support the successful implementation of technical training projects.

Qualifications

• A completed degree in Engineering, Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a comparable technical or scientific field is required.
• Ideally, you have professional experience as a Technical Project Manager (m/f/d), Project Engineer (m/f/d), Technical Writer (m/f/d), or Technical Training Specialist (m/f/d).
• You already possess relevant experience in the conception, development, or execution of technical training, training measures, or learning programs.
• Knowledge of automotive, commercial vehicle, or system technology is advantageous, as is a strong technical understanding.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, a professional demeanor, and very good English language skills, as well as willingness to travel, are important.
