About the Role

We are seeking a Controller (m/f/d) for our partner company. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, steering, and control of all business management measures. You will support management in strategic and operational decisions through well-founded analyses. You will create forecasts, budget plans, reports, and ad-hoc analyses for company management. Additionally, you will conduct internal controls and ensure compliance with policies and processes. You will actively participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the planning, steering, and control of all business management measures.

• Create forecasts, budget plans, reports, and ad-hoc analyses for company management.
• Conduct internal controls and ensure compliance with policies and processes.
• Actively participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience as a Controller (m/f/d), ideally in a medium-sized or international environment.
• Process-oriented and analytical thinking combined with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
