IT Projektmanager Software Implementierung (m/w/d)

About the Role

We are seeking an IT Project Manager Software Implementation (m/f/d) for our partner company in Munich. As an IT Project Manager, you will lead and manage international customer projects for the implementation of software solutions in the areas of maintenance and fleet management. You will act as the central interface, coordinating collaboration between customers, internal departments, and external service providers. You will capture and analyze customer requirements and translate them into structured technical specifications and work packages. Furthermore, you will be responsible for project controlling, including milestone planning, risk analysis, and actively managing deviations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage international customer projects for the implementation of software solutions in maintenance and fleet management.
• Coordinate collaboration between customers, internal departments, and external service providers as the central interface.
• Capture and analyze customer requirements, translating them into structured technical specifications and work packages.
• Manage project controlling, including milestone planning and risk analysis.
• Actively manage deviations from the plan.
• Responsible for stakeholder reporting and ensuring transparent communication with customers and management.

Qualifications

• A degree in Business Informatics, Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification; alternatively, an IT apprenticeship with several years of project management experience.
• Solid technical understanding of software architectures, interfaces (APIs), and development processes for the secure management of technical service providers.
• Ideally, professional experience as an IT Project Manager (m/f/d), Project Lead (m/f/d), Product Owner (m/f/d), or IT Consultant (m/f/d).
• Knowledge in the area of maintenance, workshop processes, or fleet management is advantageous.
• Very good knowledge of classic and agile project management methods.
• Proficient use of tools such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
