Messtechniker / Kalibriertechniker (m/w/d)

Aufgaben (Responsibilities)

• Independently calibrate mechanical measuring and testing equipment, including length, torque, and gauge systems.
• Perform assessments and repairs on measuring equipment and document results clearly.
• Create test and calibration instructions, including the calculation of measurement uncertainties.
• Evaluate measuring devices for suitability and define the scope of calibration.
• Support specialist departments with metrology-related questions and contribute to the development of new testing procedures.

Qualifikation (Qualifications)

• Technical education (e.g., Mechatronics Technician or State-Certified Mechanical Engineering Technician).
• Practical experience with mechanical measuring and testing equipment.
• Initial knowledge in the calibration of measuring equipment is desirable.
• Proficiency with MS Office; ideally, experience with QMSoft and Babtec CAQ.
• Fluent German language skills and a careful, structured, and self-reliant working style.
