About the Role

Our partner company in the north of Munich is seeking a dedicated Project Manager (m/f/d) for Renovation projects to join their team as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities (Aufgaben)

• Independently prepare and manage tender processes through to final decision.
• Holistically manage repair processes and customer complaints, handling both technical and commercial aspects.
• Serve as the central point of contact, communicating professionally with national and international business partners.
• Process incoming and outgoing invoices and ensure proper commercial settlement.
• Implement quality assurance measures in coordination with internal and external partners, contributing to the maintenance and development of standards.
• Support the optimization of existing processes through ongoing revision of process documentation and creation of practical work instructions.

Your Qualifications (Qualifikation)

• Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification with a technical or economic focus (m/f/d).
• Ideally, practical experience in a project-related role or a comparable function.
• Strong analytical thinking and numerical understanding.
• Structured, goal-oriented, and results-driven work approach.
• High level of organizational skill, initiative, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Very good German and English language skills.
