About the Role

Our partner company in Munich is looking for a Sales Controller in the banking environment (m/f/d) to join their team at the earliest possible opportunity. This role is focused on strengthening the sales strategy through data-based reports, customer potential analyses, and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Create data-based reports, customer potential analyses, and forecasts to strengthen the sales strategy.
• Monitor sales key figures, analyze target-actual deviations, and support goal achievement.
• Provide strategic advice to sales management in defining relevant fields of action and support goal planning processes.
• Continuously deliver steering data and KPI analyses to optimize sales success.
• Be responsible for the technical and content-related support of sales and success tracking systems, including workflow optimization and data integration.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Banker (m/f/d), Savings Bank Clerk (m/f/d), further training as a Bank Specialist (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification in Controlling/Sales.
• Sound experience in sales controlling, data analysis, and reporting, ideally within the savings bank or banking sector.
• Ideally, experience working with databases, BI tools, or ERP systems, and experience with sales systems.
• Analytical, structured, and results-oriented approach; strong communication, teamwork, and customer orientation.
• Very good German language skills.
