Aufgaben

• Zoho CRM & Support: You will take over the strategic further development of workflows in Zoho CRM, be responsible for first-level support, and maintain close, continuous exchange with our specialist departments.
• Process Automation: You will drive our digitalization initiatives forward by analyzing existing processes and automating them using modern tools (e.g., n8n).
• App Development: You will support us in the new and further development of standalone internal web apps based on a modern tech stack (React, Vite, Node.js).
• Business Intelligence & Dashboards: You will conceptualize and manage data pipelines and prepare the acquired data in meaningful dashboards (e.g., Power BI) for management and teams.

Qualifikation

• Studies: You are studying (Business) Informatics, Software Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration with an IT focus, or a comparable degree program.
• Tech Skills: You bring initial practical experience or a high affinity for CRM systems (ideally Zoho), automation tools (e.g., n8n, PowerAutomate), and modern web technologies (React, Vite, Node.js).
• AI & Innovation: You have a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and the drive to use AI tools (Claude Code, Gemini, ChatGPT) purposefully and effectively in your daily work, as well as to make workflows smarter and increase efficiency.
• Data Mindset: You are familiar with data pipelines and dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI) or have the ambition to quickly learn them.
• Work Approach: You are characterized by a very independent, proactive, and extremely solution-oriented way of working. You don't wait for tasks but identify potential.
• Personality: You enjoy taking responsibility and acting as a competent point of contact for digital issues internally.
