Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in initiating auto insurance claims, providing guidance through the initial reporting process.
• Follow up with insurance companies to monitor claim status and resolve processing delays.
• Gather and review all necessary claim documentation, including accident reports and policy details.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of claims against company and industry standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, insurance providers, and third parties, maintaining clear and timely communication.
• Process claims efficiently and accurately with insurance providers, addressing outstanding issues or discrepancies.
• Provide exceptional customer support, addressing client questions and concerns for a seamless claims experience.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of claims and correspondence.
• Assist in resolving claims issues, including coverage disputes, repair estimates, and settlements.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the claims process and provide feedback for improvement.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in the insurance industry preferred.
• Previous experience in auto insurance claims or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in English is required; ability to speak Spanish and/or Portuguese is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Customer service focused with a commitment to delivering a positive experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Adherence to ethical and professional standards in the insurance industry.

Compensation

• $21 - $26 per hour
