Project Manager - Media Technology (m/w/d)

About the Role

As a Project Manager – Media Technology, you will lead global broadcast, media, and internal projects. You will tackle technically complex projects alongside internal experts, consultants, and system architects, leveraging your management skills. As an organizational talent and team player, you will maintain oversight of deadlines, milestones, and budgets, coordinating regularly with your team, clients, and external service providers. Your Responsibilities

• Project management, monitoring, and documentation of technological transformation and infrastructure projects in the media, IT, and entertainment sectors.
• Definition and achievement of temporal, cost, and quality project objectives.
• Responsibility for project communication with clients, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
• Commercial and organizational processing in cooperation with Sales and Technical/System Integration.
• Assembling and leading project teams and external personnel.
• Maintenance and use of the project management software (BlueAnt) and the ERP system AP+ for reporting purposes.
• Creation, updating, publication, and filing of project-relevant documents in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio.

Your Profile

• Completed technical degree or comparable training.
• Knowledge in (agile) project management and demonstrable long-term experience with technology projects.
• Project management certifications (GPM/IPMA, PMI, AXELOS) are desirable.
• Knowledge of topics such as PMBOK, ICB, PRINCE2, and ITIL.
• Knowledge of VOB is advantageous.
• High communication competence, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Confident use of project management software (e.g., MS Project) and Office applications.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
• Very good knowledge of German, English, and French.
