Senior Project Manager (Risikoreporting)

Your Responsibilities

• Support project and theme planning, including controlling and reporting on status, risk assessments, and milestones.
• Contribute to an overarching management structure to ensure transparency and synchronicity across various themes.
• Manage stakeholders and coordinate implementation between involved units within the scope of risk reporting information networks.
• Conduct test management in the area of information network risk reporting, focusing on DSS and Cognos tools.
• Establish and manage the introduction of new processes, including communication and support for affected business units.
• Perform project planning and project controlling using Clarity and Open Workbench.
• Independently create committee documents and present/coordinate project committees.
• Establish and organize project meetings, and create documentation and results.
• Ensure quality assurance of requirements for evaluations and reporting in DSS (ad hoc queries) and Cognos.
• Analyze elements of the information network and define them within the applicable regulatory framework.

Must-Have Requirements

• Several years of experience (at least 6 years) as a Senior Project Manager in complex IT projects.
• Sound knowledge in project steering, project planning, and controlling.
• Experience in stakeholder management and coordinating various IT units.
• Expertise in risk management and risk reporting.
• Experience in preparing and conducting committee meetings, as well as creating status reports.
• Knowledge in test management and quality assurance of business requirements.
• Established competence in organizing and leading project meetings.
• Proven experience in implementation management.
• Consultant must be in permanent, socially insured employment.
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken).

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Application knowledge in DSS (ad hoc queries) and Cognos (reporting).
• Experience with project planning tools such as Clarity or Open Workbench.
• Industry knowledge in the financial services or insurance sector.
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
