Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) with HR Tasks

Are you a skilled Payroll Specialist looking for a new challenge? A well-known and regionally established company with approximately 500 employees, located in the Winnenden area, is seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) to join their team, also taking on important HR responsibilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn up to €65,000 per year (depending on qualifications and experience) in a full-time, permanent position.

Your New Role

This role is split approximately 60-70% on HR tasks and 30-40% on payroll. You will be an integral part of our HR and payroll department, ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent support to our employees and management.

Responsibilities

  • Create employment contracts, contract amendments, warnings, and employment certificates.
  • Monitor deadlines related to HR and payroll processes.
  • Process payroll and wage calculations for approximately 500 employees, including part-time and mini-job employees, and initiate payments.
  • Manage reporting and certification requirements, acting as the interface to social security and pension insurance providers.
  • Serve as a competent and friendly point of contact for employees regarding HR and payroll matters.
  • Advise management on employment, tax, and social security law issues.
  • Prepare monthly statistics.

Qualifications

  • Good mood, enthusiasm for friendly colleagues, and a team-working spirit!
  • Professional experience in either payroll accounting or personnel administration; ideally, experience in both. (Training will be provided if you lack experience in one area).
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
