Client Director (Remote)

Nexthink is seeking a highly accomplished Client Director to own and manage its most important and complex enterprise relationships. This is a strategic account management role focused on driving renewals, expanding platform adoption, and building deep, multi-threaded CxO-level relationships to foster customer loyalty and significant revenue growth.

What You'll Own

  • Executive Relationship Management: Build and deepen multi-level relationships within assigned accounts, engaging stakeholders from IT teams to C-suite executives, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Account Growth and Expansion: Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive license expansion, professional services adoption, and achieve renewal excellence.
  • Strategic Value Delivery: Partner with clients to create outcomes-driven roadmaps aligning Nexthink's platform with their business priorities and ensuring measurable value realization.
  • Virtual Team Leadership: Orchestrate internal Nexthink resources across functions and geographies to deliver an outstanding client experience, setting strategy and ensuring accountability.
  • Global Account Development: Manage worldwide deployment and development of assigned accounts, coordinating global resources for consistent, high-impact engagement.
  • Financial Performance: Own the book of business, achieving targets across licenses, renewals, and professional services, with full accountability for the commercial health of the portfolio.

Qualifications

#### Experience

  • 10+ years of enterprise technology sales or account leadership experience with a proven track record of exceeding multi-million dollar revenue targets.
  • 2+ years in a Client Director, Strategic Account Executive, or equivalent role managing and growing large, complex enterprise accounts.
  • Direct experience in IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, Digital Employee Experience, or adjacent enterprise software categories.
  • Demonstrated success engaging and influencing at the executive level (CIO, CHRO, C-suite).

Additional Information

  • Compensation: Base salary $180,000-216,000 gross per year, with total on-target earnings (OTE) range of $300,000-360,000, plus potential for commissions above OTE.
