About the Role

BCD Travel is seeking a VIP Travel Agent to work remotely, providing high-touch service excellence to key client travelers. You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently handling incoming requests via multiple channels (phone, email, etc.) and serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level travelers. This role involves providing active travel consultation, including travel details and up-selling related products.

Responsibilities

• Expertly use the appropriate BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests.
• Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer.
• Have a strong understanding of a client travel policy and can appropriately guide and consistently provide consultation to the customer.
• Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.).
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge and application of travel supplier rules.
• Maintain and actively communicate, and seek expansion of current knowledge of the state of the various travel industries supported.

About You (Qualifications)

• Experience in VIP travel.
• Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes.
• Strong skills in GDS Amadeus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French.

Compensation

• This position is advertised across multiple European locations. The expected annual gross salary ranges by country are as follows:
• Spain: 29,000 - 32,000 EUR
• Poland: 84,000 - 102,000 (currency not specified, assumed PLN or EUR based on context)
• Netherlands: 40,000 - 50,000 EUR
• Belgium: 47,000 - 55,000 EUR
• Luxembourg: 40,000 - 55,000 EUR
• The final salary offered will depend on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and location, and will be determined in line with internal equity.
