We are seeking KPI-driven sales representatives for a fully remote position, offering the potential to earn up to $90K annually. We provide extensive training and ongoing sales coaching to support your success. During the initial training period, a guaranteed stipend is offered, ensuring financial stability as you acclimate to the role. Compensation

This role is 100% commission-based, with regular performance-based bonuses.

  • Training Period (First 5 Weeks): Guaranteed training stipend of $1000 (US) or higher commission, whichever is greater.
  • Post-Training Period:
  • Average first-year On-Target Earnings (OTE): $40K - $60K (US) Annually
  • Top Representative first-year OTE: $70K - $90K (US) Annually

There is unlimited earning potential for highly motivated top performers who exceed sales targets.

What You'll Be Doing

Educate inbound callers on their credit standing by providing consultations. The goal is to enroll clients in our services if they are a good fit.

We Are Looking For Team Members Who Are:

  • Tech Savvy: Proficient with digital tools like Slack, CRM software, and Google Sheets.
  • Growth Oriented: Eager to learn and acquire new skills.
  • Autonomous Self-Starters: Able to work independently and efficiently.
  • Team Players: Receptive to feedback from sales coaches.
  • Patient and Professional: Empathetic and professional when discussing sensitive financial topics, especially under pressure.
  • Financially Motivated: Driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Outgoing: Possess outstanding rapport-building and active listening skills; capable of engaging in conversations with anyone.

Requirements

  • Home office or a quiet place to work.
  • Strong internet connection.
  • Desktop or laptop (Chromebooks, iPads, and laptops with 8GB RAM or less are not supported due to system limitations).

Scheduling

  • Training: The schedule for the first four weeks is 10 AM - 6 PM EST. The first week of training is mandatory; missing a day may require restarting the training.
  • Post-Training: Representatives will work Monday - Friday. Specific shift hours will be discussed with the hiring manager and depend on company needs. Available shifts include:
  • 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST
  • 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM EST
  • 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST
  • 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM EST
  • 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM EST
  • 12:30 PM - 8:30 PM EST
  • 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM EST
  • 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM EST
  • 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM EST
