Responsibilities

• Administration, support, and further development of IT infrastructures in the Windows, Microsoft 365, and Cloud environments.
• Management of servers, clients, networks, user rights, and IT systems.
• Administration of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, or comparable technologies.
• Support of cloud and hybrid cloud environments, especially with Azure, Intune, or Endpoint Management.
• Ensuring ongoing IT operations, including monitoring, backup, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Support in IT projects, migrations, rollouts, and modernization of existing system landscapes.
• Analysis and resolution of technical issues in 2nd and 3rd level support.
• Depending on experience: Taking responsibility in IT Security, infrastructure projects, cloud topics, or technical coordination.

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship in the IT field, e.g., as an IT specialist for system integration, a computer science degree, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in IT system administration, IT infrastructure, or technical IT support.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networks, firewalls, VPN, or virtualization.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune, or Azure is a plus.
• Knowledge in IT security, backup, monitoring, endpoint management, or cloud infrastructures is also beneficial.
• Structured, solution-oriented, and reliable working style.
• Strong communication skills, service orientation, and enjoyment in sustainably solving technical challenges.
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.

• An attractive, market-competitive annual salary between €45,000 and €75,000 gross – depending on the region and experience (Junior to Senior).
