LK Recruiting supports companies in the technical and commercial sectors in acquiring qualified personnel through targeted social media campaigns. We are currently seeking a Bewerbertelfonisten (m/w/d) to join our recruiting team for 20-40 hours per week.

Your Role

As a Bewerbertelfonisten (m/w/d), you will be the first point of contact for candidates generated via our social media campaigns. You will make a significant difference in the initial interaction and contribute to our clients' success.

Your Responsibilities (Aufgaben)

• Contact candidates generated through social media campaigns for our major clients.
• Create candidate profiles.
• Be responsible for the pre-selection of candidates for our clients.
• Document your results in our applicant management tool.

Your Qualifications (Qualifikation)

• Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification.
• Strong communication skills, a positive mindset, friendliness, and service orientation.
• Independent, efficient work style and reliability.
• Fluent German language skills (minimum C1).
• Enjoy making phone calls.
• Team player, eager to learn, and motivated for continuous development.
