Paid Media Manager (Short-Term Contract)

We Are Rosie is seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Paid Media Manager to support Big Green Egg during a critical brand campaign launch. This is a short-term contract role, focusing on the execution of a pre-defined media plan, working directly with their media Agency of Record (AOR) to get campaigns built, trafficked, and live.

Project Details:

• Duration: Very short-term project, estimated at 3-4 weeks, with a possibility of transitioning to maintenance post-launch.
• Hours: To be recommended by the expert candidate, based on project needs.
• Availability: Must have EST availability; role is fully remote.
• Start Date: ASAP - ideally Tuesday, June 16th, 2026.
• Compensation: $55-65/hour.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Building and flighting paid campaigns across CTV (Trade Desk — SP500+, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video), Display, Reddit, Pinterest, YouTube, and Meta.
• Setting up audiences using both 1st-party and 3rd-party data, including Home Depot targeting data and Big Green Egg’s own pixel/CRM audiences.
• Constructing individual ads upon delivery of creative assets from the creative agency.
• Collaborating closely with the media AOR throughout the launch phase and into the initial maintenance window.
• Serving as the day-to-day, hands-on-keyboard executor against an existing media plan with approximately $418K in active spend.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong paid media execution skills across programmatic, social, and CTV. This is a hands-on builder role, not a strategy role.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with The Trade Desk.
• Must have platform-side social media advertising experience (Meta, Reddit, Pinterest, YouTube).
• Comfortable with audience setup, ad construction, and campaign trafficking under tight deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both a media AOR and a creative agency.
• Must possess EST availability and be comfortable working remotely.
