System Engineer Requirements & System Architecture (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain system requirements and technical architectures for complex development projects.
• Coordinate requirements, interfaces, and technical alignments with internal departments and external partners.
• Oversee the development of mechanical components, ensuring quality, safety, and functional requirements are met.
• Manage development, supplier, and testing activities, monitoring deadlines, quality, and progress.
• Conduct verifications of assemblies and subsystems, and support technical system integration.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in Requirements Engineering and Model-based Systems Engineering.
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA and Confluence; knowledge of DOORS NG, PTC Creo, or Enterprise Architect is advantageous.
• Strong analytical thinking and a structured, conceptual approach to work.
• Negotiation-level German and very good English language skills, along with strong communication and moderation abilities.
