Are you a skilled Facility Management professional with a passion for technical operations and team leadership? Our partner company in Stuttgart is seeking an experienced Objektleiter (m/w/d) Facility Management to oversee the technical management of properties.

About the Role

As an Objektleiter Facility Management (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the technical operation of properties, including fulfilling all operator obligations and ensuring compliance. This is a key role that requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and strategic planning.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical operation of properties, including operator duties and compliance.
• Lead and manage the technical team, planning assignments and coordinating resources efficiently.
• Organize maintenance, renovation, and repair measures, including quality assurance and budget control.
• Develop processes and maintenance strategies, ensuring adherence to all legal regulations.
• Manage reporting, communicate regularly with clients, and act as the central point of contact with authorities.

Your Qualifications

• A technical apprenticeship or degree, e.g., in Facility Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience as a technical property manager, technical property manager, or head of facility management, or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, occupational safety, and operator responsibility.
• Strong organizational skills and decisiveness.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CAFM systems.
• A valid driver's license (Class B).
