About the Role

As a Dynamics Team Lead & Business Central Functional Consultant, you will be instrumental in delivering commercially successful Microsoft Dynamics Business Central engagements. You will also focus on building and scaling a high-performing capability within our Dynamics practice. This role is a strategic mix of 60% client-facing functional expertise and 40% team leadership, ensuring consistent delivery quality, strong utilization, and measurable customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Quality Client Delivery: Deliver Business Central solutions that meet defined business outcomes, ensuring projects are completed on scope, on time, and within budget, with measurable client value and satisfaction.
• Commercial Performance & Utilisation: Achieve and sustain approximately 60% billable utilisation, contribute to accurate estimations, effective scope control, and delivery margin through strong commercial awareness.
• Team Leadership & Capability: Build and lead a high-performing team with clear objectives, active development plans, and aligned skills deployment, scaling capability in line with pipeline demand.
• Solution Design, Data & Automation Integration: Design and oversee solutions incorporating Business Central, Power Platform, data structures, and automation opportunities for scalable, efficient, and insight-driven client outcomes.
• Delivery Governance & Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce consistent delivery standards, peer review processes, and governance controls for repeatable, high-quality outputs.
• Practice Growth & Innovation Contribution: Support practice growth by identifying new opportunities, contributing to propositions, and embedding best practices and emerging capabilities (including AI) across the team.

Your Experience & Skills

• Business Analysis: Ability to translate complex client requirements into scalable Business Central solutions.
• Consultancy: Provide trusted advice, shape solutions, and influence decisions.
• Change Management: Lead controlled implementations and manage business transitions effectively.
• IT Strategy & Planning: Contribute to practice-level planning and technology direction.
• Systems Design: Design integrated Business Central and Power Platform solutions.
• Application Support: Ensure stability and performance of live solutions.
• Learning & Development Delivery: Coach and develop team capabilities.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage delivery and commercial risks.
• Data Analytics: Apply data analysis techniques for reporting and insights.
• Emerging Capability: AI & Automation: Apply understanding of AI and automation within Business Central and Power Platform.
• Essential Skills: Business Central.
• Desirable Skills: Dynamics, Power Platforms, SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Essential: MB (Microsoft Business) 800 – Business Central Functional.
• Desirable: Any Dynamics Certifications.
