Credera is a global consulting firm that combines transformational consulting, deep industry knowledge, and AI/technology expertise to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive accelerated growth. We are seeking a Senior Cloud Consultant to join our expert Cloud Capability team.
About the Role
As a Senior Cloud Consultant, you will serve as a technical leader or Subject Matter Expert (SME) within a small team focused on delivering solutions to our clients' most challenging problems. You will be responsible for assisting the team in designing and estimating implementation tasks, leading implementation workstreams, and mentoring junior team members. Our projects involve re-architecting legacy systems, building greenfield applications natively on the cloud, establishing cloud landing zones, data ingestion, and more.
Who You Are
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience delivering cloud enterprise solutions across multiple domains in industry or technology consulting.
- You are recognized as an SME and sought out for your technical expertise and opinions.
- Understanding of cloud solution architecture in one or more major cloud service providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Technical knowledge and experience in areas such as:
- Cloud Native Tooling: AWS (Lambda, Aurora, EC2, Fargate, S3), Azure (Functions, Queue Storage, Cosmos DB, App Services), GCP (Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Functions).
- Cloud Platform Engineering: Terraform, Cloud Formation, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions.
- Cloud Data Engineering: AWS (Athena, Glue, Redshift), Azure (Blob Storage, Data Lake Analytics), GCP (BigQuery, Looker, Cloud Storage).
- Cloud Security Engineering: AWS (Cognito, IAM, Guard Duty, Security Hub), Azure (AD, Advanced Threat Protection), GCP (Chronicle Virus Total, Cloud Monitoring).
- Cloud FinOps: CloudHealth, Cloudability, Billing.
- Cloud Migration Advisor: AWS (DMS, Snow cone/ball/mobile), Azure (Database Migration Services), GCP (Migrate for Anthos and GKE, Ramp, Data Transfer Services).
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and standards.
- A passion for technology and staying current with the latest application and cloud development trends.
- Enjoy working collaboratively in a team to solve challenging problems with creative solutions.
- Comfortable presenting technical concepts to both business and technical client audiences.

The salary range provided is for informational purposes only and is determined based on individual professional and academic experience, specialized training, certifications, and responsibilities. Hybrid Working Model
Employees have the flexibility to work remotely two days a week. Three days are expected to be in person, with the freedom to choose days and times that best suit the individual, project, and team. Collaboration with project teams will balance flexibility with the benefits of in-person connection.
Travel
Our goal is to minimize travel. Most projects do not require extensive travel, with an annual average typically between 10%-30%. Some projects may require up to 80% travel for a period. We consider your submitted preferences when assigning roles.
