Job Summary
You will be responsible for driving revenue and efficiency gains by guiding and assisting internal and external customers in the development of best-in-class business technology solutions. Your role will involve boosting internal and external customer satisfaction through the coordinated, continuous delivery of technology platforms. Furthermore, you will maximize IT efficiency by managing the technical project roadmap to ensure a consistent pipeline of "developer ready" projects.
Key Deliverables and Responsibilities:
- Capture and organize business requirements and stakeholder ideas from the intake process into a backlog of product features, enhancements, and project initiatives.
- Lead requirements analysis by collaborating with business stakeholders and development teams to identify and estimate feasibility, risks, dependencies, business impact, and resource needs for proposed technology solutions.
- Maintain prioritized product roadmaps derived from the product backlog and perform release planning aligned with the technology vision and business strategy.
- Lead backlog grooming and deliver business requirements through artifacts such as epics, user stories, well-defined acceptance criteria, wireframe diagrams, and process maps.
- Participate in the delivery process by attending necessary meetings, conducting pre-release testing, demonstrating new features to business stakeholders, and gathering feedback.
- Develop functional application documentation and user guides.
- Support IT leadership in implementing and integrating new technology platforms into the digital portfolio.
Requirements:
- Travel: More than 10% of travel required.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent, relevant work experience.
- 1-3 years of applicable project management experience. Military personnel with relevant training or experience in lieu of civilian experience are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively in all communication situations.
- Highly meticulous and organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and adhering to deadlines.
- Analytical, inquisitive, and innovative mindset.
- Self-driven and proactive, taking initiative to drive long-term tasks and projects to completion.

- Solid working knowledge of technology solutions as they apply to business process facilitation, improvement, and automation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Visio, MS Project, and similar tools).
