Your Tasks

• Support the technical onboarding of new customers by preparing, mapping, and verifying data from ERP systems, CSV/Excel files, and SFTP.
• Assist in running gap analyses of customer data structures to ensure clean and complete migration into Packa.
• Handle support during the onboarding phase: respond to emails, triage tickets, and escalate to Engineering or packaging specialists as needed.
• Support tenant/user configuration and prepare onboarding workshops and training sessions.
• Contribute to our "Packademy" by developing training content, formats, and self-serve resources.
• Provide feedback from the onboarding process to the Product team to help shape future development.

What You Bring

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a similar field with strong IT affinity.
• Confidence working with data in CSV/Excel and an eagerness to understand system connections. Prior exposure to SFTP, ERP, or APIs is a plus.
• Ability to analyze datasets, identify discrepancies, and resolve them independently.
• Clear and direct communication skills, both internally and externally.
• No prior packaging knowledge is required; you will learn this with us.
• Comfort with building and improving processes in an evolving environment.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
• Based in or near Berlin.
