Data Validation Specialist (3-Month Contract)

Minted is seeking a detail-oriented individual to provide crucial support for a 3-month project focused on data validation and updates within their web-based applications.

About the Project

This project requires manual review, validation, and updating of data across several web-based applications to ensure accurate record matching between various systems. It's a critical task that underpins the functionality of Minted's marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Update data fields in multiple CRM databases using provided inputs or matching information.
• Utilize internal and external resources to validate information and make necessary edits, potentially requiring deeper research or collaboration.
• Collaborate with leaders and partners to resolve unclear or missing data, ensuring a high-quality final product.
• Perform data entry and research tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Basic experience using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for organization.
• Experience using internal and external sources to validate and match data.
• Comfortable performing repetitive, independent work remotely.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, particularly Sheets and file management/sharing via Drive.
• Ability to recognize when to seek assistance or input from others.

Compensation

Minted utilizes a market-based compensation model with four geographic tiers. The compensation range for this role is:

• Geo 2 (Boston, MA; Washington, DC; Chicago, IL; Seattle, WA; Austin, TX; Atlanta, GA; Portland, OR): $16.33/hr - $21.45/hr
• Geo 3 (All other U.S. metro locations): $15.00/hr - $19.69/hr

Note: Final compensation is determined by factors including candidate's primary work location, professional and academic experience, job responsibilities, and business needs.
