About the Role

We are looking for professionals to perform hybrid customer service (receptive, email, and active contact when necessary) for clients in the healthcare segment, ensuring humanized, agile, and quality service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hybrid customer service (receptive, email, and active contact when necessary) to patients of a healthcare company, ensuring humanized, agile, and quality service.
  • Offer support and clarify doubts, ensuring clear and efficient communication throughout the patient's journey.
  • Register services, requests, and treatments in the system, ensuring the correct and complete updating of information.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (Ensino Médio Completo)
  • Experience with registration systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Good typing skills
