Chat Support Specialist - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chat Support Specialist to join our growing software company on a full-time basis. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing assistance through live chat and email, resolving product inquiries, and ensuring a positive user experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat and email.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic software issues.
• Escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
• Document customer feedback, issues, and trends.
• Collaborate closely with our support and operations teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in chat and email support, preferably within a software or SaaS environment.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A reliable internet connection and a functional computer.
• Experience with help desk platforms (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk) is a plus.
