What You Bring
- Demonstrated experience managing a remote-first, high-volume operational team.
- A people-first leader capable of operating independently and taking ownership of team results.
- Proven experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles.
- A clear understanding of immigration processes and compliance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in the tech industry or a hyper-growth/scaling environment is ideal.
- Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Experience working remotely is a plus.
Key Responsibilities: People Manager
- Independently deliver on team objectives, understanding their impact on the broader Mobility team and related departments.
- Invest time and energy in developing self and others to improve performance and gain new knowledge.
- Provide ongoing support and constructive coaching to enhance employee effectiveness.
- Create long and short-term strategies aligned with Mobility's vision and goals, setting targets to meet timelines.
- Report to Senior Management on metrics, targets, and project alignment.
- Review team budgets and ensure adherence.
- Oversee the development of processes and procedures for prompt and accurate processing and monitoring of immigration and visa applications.
- Manage the preparation of documentation for new service offerings and organize training materials for other departments.
- Utilize multiple data sources to analyze and resolve complex issues.
- Possess advanced knowledge within a professional area and basic knowledge across all immigration domains.
- Lead projects, delegate tasks, guide team members, and act as a go-to resource for Mobility Specialists.
- Maintain regular contact with key colleagues and stakeholders through formal and informal opportunities to strengthen relationships.
- Recognize group interactions and adapt communication styles for different situations and audiences.
- Seek to understand relevant stakeholders' current and future needs and customize services accordingly.
- Proactively identify new ideas and opportunities from multiple immigration sources to improve productivity.
- Leverage AI and automation as a natural part of the workflow to drive efficiency and reduce manual effort in immigration operations.

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Salary Range: $48,300—$122,350 USD
- Total Rewards Philosophy: Fair, unbiased compensation and equity, competitive benefits, and pay above in-location rates. Salary bands are wide due to international operations and geo-based pay differentials. Actual pay depends on location, skills, experience, training, business needs, and market demand.
