The Role: Graduate Consultant (m/f/d) – Entry into Consulting

Are you a recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering, or have you recently completed your studies in these fields and are eager to advise companies with enthusiasm and apply your learned knowledge in the business world? Then this position is exactly right for you.

Economic topics interest you, and you are keen to get to know the world of large and small companies. In recent months, we've found that graduates from economic fields possess excellent qualities for the tasks required. The most important thing is that you have the motivation to get started. Don't worry – we will teach you the necessary expertise, tools, and procedures; no prior experience is required.

Your Tasks Include:

• Advising clients on quality management systems and standards, including TÜV standards and our own developed standards.
• Assisting with the preparation and execution of audits and certification procedures.
• Analyzing existing quality systems and identifying optimization potentials.
• Training client employees on quality management and standards.
• Implementing customized quality management solutions.
• Documenting standard requirements and creating digital quality management handbooks for clients.

Requirements:

• Education, further training, or professional experience in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, commercial professions, or consulting in general.
• Ability to think in a networked and process-oriented manner.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present information clearly.
• Teamwork, customer orientation, high self-motivation, and independent working style.
• Very good German and English language skills (written and spoken).
• Text comprehension and the ability to produce written content.
