Responsibilities

• Participate in internal and external approval and planning tasks, taking responsibility for project management, construction process, and resource planning.
• Serve as the project-specific point of contact, communicating directly with clients and construction owners.
• Ensure the timely and quality-compliant execution of civil engineering projects.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors involved in pipe and cable laying.
• Prepare project documentation for the back office.
• Manage invoicing and change orders.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in a technical field or a completed master craftsman qualification (Meisterschule).
• Ideally, several years of professional experience in managing civil engineering and pipeline construction projects, with knowledge of HDD (horizontal directional drilling) methods.
• High level of initiative and willingness to learn, with the ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Capacity for business-oriented thinking and action.
• Willingness to work on construction sites nationwide (daily, primarily in North Rhine-Westphalia) is not an obstacle.
• Possession of a Class B driver's license (car).
