The Opportunity:
RPA is seeking a talented Media Strategy Supervisor to join our expanding media team. In this client-facing role, you will lead fully integrated planning efforts for the Costar account, encompassing brand and performance channels across TV, Streaming, OOH, Print, and Digital. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping strategies that deliver significant business impact. You will collaborate closely with clients, present clear recommendations, provide strategic guidance, and mentor junior team members, contributing to the evolution of our Client Orchestration team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 3-5 media strategists.
• Define media strategies by establishing the Who, What, Where, When, Why, and How.
• Develop and present client-ready media plans and strategic recommendations.
• Oversee campaign execution, stewardship, billing, reporting, and media record-keeping.
• Lead direct buying efforts across OOH, Print, and Digital channels.
• Serve as a key day-to-day, client-facing leader in meetings and communications.
• Partner with internal analytics, investment, and cross-functional teams to deliver client-facing materials.
• Manage communications with external media partners to stay informed of industry trends and manage campaign needs.

• Maintain adaptability and composure when managing change, shifting priorities, and complex accounts.
• Lead with curiosity, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative mindset.
• Exhibit proficiency in various media buying and planning tools, including Omni, Media Radar, Pathmatics, MRI-Simmons, Telmar, Nielsen Media Impact, ComScore, and MediaTools.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: Up to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, skills, and fit.
