About the Role

ProSidian seeks a Technical Due Diligence Analyst for program support within the U.S. Department of Energy's Loan Programs Office (LPO). This role is crucial for providing Independent Engineering (IE) advisory services, focusing on technical execution and risk management for large-scale energy infrastructure projects. The position is aligned with the GSA Labor Category: Junior Consultant.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide Independent Engineering advisory support for the Energy Dominance Financing (EDF) Program, including technical due diligence, credit evaluation, lifecycle monitoring, and assurance activities.
• Conduct diligence reviews, analyze project documentation, and prepare technical risk summaries.
• Convert engineering, construction, compliance, operating, commercial, and risk findings into lender-ready due diligence outputs.
• Support document review, credit evaluation, and track information requests to inform financing decisions.
• Compile diligence findings, analyze project data, and prepare technical risk summaries.
• Review project documentation, evaluate technical and commercial interfaces, and identify risks and mitigations.
• Validate assumptions and support conditions precedent and disbursement readiness reviews.
• Prepare work products such as data rooms, information request logs, diligence trackers, technical summaries, and findings reports.
• Coordinate with engineering, finance, legal, construction, operations, environmental, HSE, and project controls stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, construction management, business, risk management, finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-7 years of relevant technical, analytical, project controls, configuration, finance, or energy infrastructure support experience. DOE/LPO or federal energy program exposure is preferred.
• Certifications (Preferred): PMP, CQA, CIA, ISO Lead Auditor, CHMM, CSP, or PMI-RMP.

• May participate in data room reviews, borrower/contractor interviews, site observations, monthly monitoring meetings, risk register updates, CP evidence reviews, draw package checks, issue closure tracking, and preparation of Independent Engineer reports.
• Work supports NAICS 541330 Engineering Services for the EDF Program/LPO energy infrastructure financing.

Other Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word); Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio proficiency is ideal.
