Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, greeting them warmly and professionally.
• Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Answer patient inquiries via phone and email, providing information and directing calls as needed.
• Verify patient information and insurance details.
• Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries.

Qualifications
