Analyst - Finance & Treasury

The Team

The Analyst will support the day-to-day operations of the internal finance and treasury functions, while also working closely with M&A, Origination, Human Resources, Legal, and senior management. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally across the organization to optimize financial performance. This role will aid in providing timely and accurate treasury management, financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting. They will support a variety of recurring financial processes as well as projects and ad hoc analyses, gaining valuable experience in the theoretical as well as practical aspects of running a business.

Unison operates with a flat organizational structure, meaning analysts frequently work on projects for senior leaders and management with a high level of responsibility.

The Role

• Create and support managerial reporting, including operational KPIs.
• Create and maintain financial models for specific transactions, debt facilities, or the business as a whole.
• Perform variance analysis of results against budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Partner with SG&A business leaders to help them understand expenses and make informed strategic decisions for their functions.
• Oversee all cash management activities, including cash positioning, forecasting, and intercompany activities.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis.

Requirements

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 0-2+ years of experience.
• Highly analytical, organized, with exceptional attention to detail.
