We're looking for an enthusiastic Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f/d) to join our growing team.

The Role

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be instrumental in guiding our clients through the implementation of national and international quality standards and achieving crucial certifications. You will learn all the essential consulting skills and quality management tools from us. Your primary focus will be on collaborating closely with clients to understand their unique needs, developing tailored solutions, and advising on process optimization and the implementation of regulatory requirements. A significant part of your work will involve preparing clients for certification audits.

Your Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on quality management systems and standards, including TÜV and proprietary standards.
  • Support clients in preparing for and conducting audits and certification procedures.
  • Analyze existing quality systems and identify areas for improvement.
  • Train client employees on quality management principles and standards.
  • Implement customized quality management solutions.
  • Document standards and create digital quality management handbooks for clients.

Your Profile

  • Education, further training, or professional experience in corporate consulting, quality management, business administration, economics, industrial engineering, commercial professions, general consulting, process consulting, or comparable experience in quality assurance across various industries is desirable.
  • Knowledge of quality management, standards (DIN, ISO, etc.), and certification procedures is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Process-oriented, strategic, and networked thinking.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Team player with strong customer orientation, high self-motivation, and independent working style.
  • Very good German and English language skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong text comprehension and writing abilities.
  • Familiarity with digital media tools.
