Job Description

NICE is seeking a technical, hands-on, customer-focused Software Engineer for the Advanced Services team. This multi-skilled global team is responsible for value-added services and product customization, developing bespoke solutions on NICE products for international clients.

As a core member of the Advanced Services development team, you will be instrumental in designing and developing high-quality, proficient, and enterprise-grade technical solutions that meet business requirements. Responsibilities

• Design and develop quality, proficient, and enterprise-grade technical solutions that satisfy business requirements.
• Collaborate within the development team to deliver the application under aggressive deadlines.
• Develop robust unit and integration tests according to organizational standards.
• Contribute to and drive technological and architectural decisions.
• Participate in code and design reviews for other team members.
• Fix bugs and maintain a high standard of enterprise-grade quality.
• Function as a subject matter expert in multiple product components.
• Proactively contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Assist peer organizations with activities such as performance, scalability, and reliability testing.

Qualifications

Essential

• 2-4 years of experience as a software engineer.
• Strong experience in development on the Windows ecosystem, utilizing Visual Studio, C#, ASP .NET Language, MVC, and WebAPI.
• Knowledge of implementing service-to-service communication using WCF, Sockets, and networking protocols.
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken, with excellent English proficiency.
• Hands-on development experience is required.

Desirable

• Telephony experience.
• Experience working on AWS/Cloud Computing / Azure development and integration.
• Familiarity with Virtualization technology (e.g., VMWare).
• Experience with protocol analysis and Wireshark tracing.
• Experience with VoIP, digital audio/RTSP, and video transcoding.
