Responsibilities

What tasks await you with us?

• Identification of technology and market potentials as well as creation of potential and trend analyses
• Advising our clients on the initiation and design of innovative projects
• Structuring and development of funding and financing concepts for innovation projects
• Building, developing, and actively managing innovation networks in the field of photonics
• Networking of companies, research institutions, and other partners along the value chain
• Moderation and execution of workshops, network meetings, and specialist events
• Initiation, support, and coordination of cooperation projects – from idea to implementation to project completion
• Creation of compelling presentations as well as external representation of the network and the company

Requirements

What do you ideally bring?

• Completed studies in Physics (Master/PhD), ideally with a focus on Photonics or Optical Technologies (alternatively: comparable scientific-technical qualification)
• Interest in future technologies as well as at the interface between research and application
• Strong communication skills in German and English (business fluent)
• Enjoyment of networking as well as collaboration with diverse stakeholders
• Analytical thinking, organizational skills, and a structured approach to work
• Proactiveness, hands-on mentality, and enthusiasm for developing new ideas
• Confident, reliable demeanor, and strong teamwork skills
• Ideally, initial experience in project management, technology transfer, or network/cluster work
• Enthusiastic career starters with a high willingness to learn are also welcome
