Your Role

As Head of Business Applications & Platforms, you will be responsible for tectake's business-critical system landscape and lead the associated specialist teams. You will combine technological excellence with entrepreneurial thinking, ensuring that our systems not only function reliably but actively contribute to the company's success.

Your Mission

You will strategically develop our system landscape. You will lay the foundation for further growth through scalable and integrated business applications and platforms. You will strategically deploy AI and automation where they create measurable added value.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and be responsible for the strategic roadmap for the entire business application landscape, consistently aligning it with company goals.
• Establish a scalable platform and data architecture with seamlessly integrated systems.
• Identify and realize potentials for AI and automation with measurable business impact.
• Ensure an integrated system landscape along the central business processes of procurement and logistics, product and media management, customer management and e-commerce, data intelligence, and AI-supported automation.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the areas under your responsibility.
• Be responsible for budget, prioritization, and the management of external partners and service providers.
• Work closely with specialist departments and IT, ensuring that technological investments create sustainable business value.
• Monitor relevant developments in e-commerce, enterprise architecture, data management, and AI and assess their potential for tectake.

Your Requirements

• Several years of management experience in the area of Business Applications, Enterprise IT, or E-commerce Platforms.
• Experience in leading teams or organizational units.
• In-depth understanding of ERP, CRM, WMS, PIM/DAM, Shop, and integration platforms.
• Proven experience in the further development of complex system landscapes.
• A good sense for the economically sensible use of AI and automation.
• Strategic, data-driven mindset with pragmatic implementation strength.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively connect business and technology.
• Very good German and English language skills.
