Customer Advisor for Accounting Automation (m/f/d)

As a Customer Advisor for Accounting Automation (m/f/d), you play a crucial role in implementing our solutions for our customers. You will work closely with users and key users to optimize their business processes and ensure our software is used in the best possible way. You will be responsible for training, supporting, and optimizing product usage to ensure long-term success. Thanks to your comprehensive expertise in accounting and your deep product knowledge, you will work closely with the customer to implement customized automation requirements.

Your Tasks

  • Customer Appointments, Consultation & Training: Plan and conduct customer visits and meetings, optimize user workflows, and offer training and refresher courses to ensure optimal software utilization.
  • Automation Optimization: Coordinate various teams to optimally configure the software and ensure maximum automation. This involves combining knowledge transfer to the customer, process optimization, optimal configuration, and utilizing our service departments.
  • Gather Feedback: Collect customer feedback, forward it to the product team, and collaborate closely with them to ensure customer requirements are incorporated into product development.
  • Setup & Onboarding: Support user training and act as a professional and technical point of contact for users.
  • Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Resolve user issues in close cooperation with technical support and ensure service levels are met.

What You Should Bring

  • Must Have: Experience in financial accounting or tax advisory, ideally in the DATEV environment ("know your customer").
  • And/Or: Experience in project or process management, preferably in a SaaS or BMD environment (customer and solution-oriented B2B consulting, results control, proactive prioritization and implementation of activities).
  • An integrative communicator who can easily collaborate with multiple stakeholders (communication competence).
  • Enjoy working in a highly dynamic scale-up environment (flexibility and entrepreneurship).
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
