Senior Product Analyst (m/f/d) - Customer Experience

About the Role

As the analytical backbone of the Customer Experience stream in the demand division, you will own how we understand our customers as they move through the Flix journey, turning that understanding into actionable opportunities for the stream. Product Owners and CX stream leadership will rely on your analysis of customer progression, drop-off points, and value identification.

This role offers significant autonomy and the chance to shape the analytics practice, as the tooling is still settling. It is ideal for someone pragmatic and assertive who wants to define processes rather than slot into a pre-existing structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Map and quantify customer journeys end-to-end, identifying progression, stalling, and drop-off points, and their business implications.
• Identify and size opportunities arising from customer journey analysis, translating data into strategic recommendations with a clear point of view for product leadership.
• Set the analytics direction for the stream, defining key metrics, establishing measurement standards, and conducting in-depth analysis on critical topics.
• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and experiments with statistical rigor, framing trade-offs for Product Owners.
• Build a self-service analytics environment for CX product teams, providing curated, trustworthy, and documented data.
• Coach Product Owners to improve decision-making, aiming for increased self-sufficiency in data-driven insights.

About You

• Proven track record influencing product and business decisions through quantitative analysis in high-growth e-commerce, consumer tech, SaaS, or mobility environments.
• Strong expertise in customer journey and funnel analytics (activation, conversion, retention, drop-off) across diverse markets.
• Advanced SQL proficiency (Snowflake) and experience with at least one BI and visualization tool (e.g., Power BI).
• Solid statistical literacy (hypothesis testing, A/B and quasi-experimental design) with a pragmatic approach to rigor.
• Ability to leverage AI tooling effectively to accelerate value delivery.
• Strong stakeholder enablement skills, making data trustworthy, documented, and self-serve for product and business partners.
• Familiarity with product analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel) and conversational AI analytics is a plus.
• A pragmatic, assertive operator who thrives on building and making an impact, comfortable with ambiguity.
• Fluent in English; autonomous, entrepreneurial, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-paced, agile, multicultural environment.
