About the Role
We’re hiring a Demand Generation Manager to take our content, our positioning, and our point of view and turn it all into campaigns that drive enterprise pipeline. This role runs demand gen campaigns across channels - outbound, paid media that drives inbound, social, and whatever else earns its place in the mix. You’ll also build out a meaningful social strategy from the ground up.
You should be a craftsperson at heart. You’ve spent years at an agency learning how to run demand programs across many different companies, and ideally you’ve taken that craft in-house too. You know how to sell into marketing because you’ve done it; you’ve spoken their language, sat across from CMOs and VPs of Marketing, and built campaigns that actually moved them.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift to meet what the market is telling us. You’re comfortable on a remote team.
What You Will Own
- Outbound Campaigns: Build the air cover, sequences, targeting, and content to transform outbound efforts from cold asks into warm follow-ups, partnering with sales to connect campaigns to target accounts and personas.
- Paid Media: Execute paid social (especially LinkedIn), paid search, syndication, sponsored content, and review site campaigns. Determine spending priorities, create creative briefs, and prove campaign effectiveness.
- Social Strategy: Develop a comprehensive enterprise social program for HiHello, including organic presence, executive thought leadership, and content engine rhythm, designing it from the ground up.
- Content Distribution & Amplification: Ensure HiHello's extensive content (thought leadership, case studies, videos) reaches its target audience across all relevant channels.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with GTM leadership to shape strategy, bringing a strong point of view on what resonates with enterprise marketers and where to optimize spending.
- Voice of the Market: Channel insights from campaign performance back to GTM, content, and product teams to refine messaging and strategy.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years in B2B demand generation, with significant agency experience managing demand programs across multiple companies.
- Deep expertise in marketing to marketing buyers (CMOs, VPs of Marketing), ideally for a martech or marketing-adjacent product.
- Thorough understanding of the enterprise B2B sales motion (long cycles, multi-threaded buying committees, account-level targeting, sales partnership).
- Hands-on experience with outbound campaigns, paid social (especially LinkedIn), paid search, and content syndication.
- Proven track record of sourcing or influencing enterprise pipeline, not just MQLs or impressions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong editorial judgment.
- Self-starter with a collaborative approach.
- Genuine interest in marketing, brand, and corporate presence.
Bonus Points:
- In-house demand generation experience in addition to agency time.
- End-to-end demand generation program ownership (strategy, creative, channel mix, execution, measurement).
- Experience building organic social and executive thought leadership programs from scratch.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and modern enterprise demand stacks.
