About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI and Analytics AML Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading the development and execution of our AI and analytics AML products. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, drive product development, and ensure successful delivery to market. The Senior AI and Analytics Product Manager will leverage their expertise in machine learning, data analytics, and product management to drive innovation and deliver value to our customers.
This is a customer-facing role that requires regular interaction with financial institutions (FIs), gathering feedback, building relationships, and understanding their challenges and pain points. The role involves travel and deep engagement with customers to align our products with real-world needs. Knowledge of AML and financial crime is critical to succeed in this position.
How You Will Make an Impact
Product Strategy and Roadmap Development
- Lead the development of AI and analytics AML products and roadmap, aligning with company vision and objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and differentiation opportunities.
- Define product priorities and initiatives based on customer feedback, business goals, and technical feasibility.
Product Planning and Execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, design, marketing) to define product requirements and specifications.
- Drive the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Manage the product lifecycle, including feature prioritization, release planning, and post-launch monitoring.
AI and Analytics Expertise
- Apply deep knowledge of machine learning techniques to enhance product capabilities and drive innovation.
- Leverage data analytics and visualization tools to derive insights from large datasets and inform product decisions.
- Stay abreast of advancements in AI technology, industry trends, and best practices.
Customer Engagement and Feedback
- Work directly with customers (banks, financial institutions) to understand challenges and gather actionable feedback.
- Present product concepts and solutions to customers, aligning functionality with their needs.
- Travel as needed to meet with customers, participate in industry events, and ensure products address real-world AML scenarios.
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (executives, sales, professional services, customer success) to ensure alignment and support.
- Collaborate with industry experts and partners to validate product concepts and strengthen market positioning.
Performance Tracking and Optimization
- Define KPIs and metrics to measure product success.
- Analyze product performance data, customer feedback, and market trends for optimization opportunities.
- Iterate on product features based on data analysis and feedback loops.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or related field.
- 3+ years of previous experience in AML products or financial crime detection solutions.
- 7+ years of proven product management experience, focused on SaaS, machine learning, or analytics products.
- Proven experience working directly with customers, understanding needs, and presenting solutions.
- Strong knowledge of the AML domain, detection techniques, and financial institution challenges.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile development environment.
- Excellent communication skills, collaborating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and passion for innovation.

Work Environment
NiCE-FLEX hybrid model: 2 days in the office, 3 days remote per week. Office days focus on face-to-face meetings, teamwork, and collaborative thinking.
