About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned and motivated Product Manager with a solid understanding of the programmatic ad tech ecosystem and a collaborative approach to product development. You will translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly solutions and create compelling prototypes. This role is critical for driving Screenverse's evolution into a technology-driven company while delivering significant value to our media owner and buyer partners.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day management of agency/client relationships, including communication and partner enablement.
  • Oversee campaign execution and deal and campaign setup across platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Monitor performance and provide clear, actionable reporting insights.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues efficiently.
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks, blockers, or discrepancies.
  • Identify and execute upsell opportunities while delivering strategic recommendations that drive client value.

  • Strong, trusted relationships with agency and client partners, reflected in high satisfaction and ongoing engagement.
  • Accurate, on-time campaign and deal execution with minimal errors.
  • Consistent performance monitoring with clear, actionable insights driving optimization and results.
  • Quick and efficient issue resolution with minimal impact on campaigns or partners.
  • Early identification and proactive addressing of risks and blockers.
  • Clients experiencing measurable value through strategic recommendations and consistent upsell/growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in ad tech, programmatic, or media.
  • Proven ability to manage agency relationships and campaign execution.
  • Direct experience working with agencies and clients.
  • Track record of meeting performance goals or driving revenue growth.
  • Experience working with DSPs, SSPs, or similar platforms.
  • Strong partner communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly.
  • Data-driven thinking with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Attention to detail in execution and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and Slack.
  • Experience with DSPs/SSPs (e.g., Vistar, Place Exchange, Hivestack, The Trade Desk, etc.).
  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., QuickSight or similar).
  • Understanding of programmatic workflows (deal setup, PMP/OE, targeting, pacing).

Salary

  • Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000 USD + $10,000 Bonus.
  • The actual base pay depends on various factors including location, transferable skills, work experience, training, business needs, and market demands.
  • This role is fully remote within the US.
