As a Werkstudent in Internal Projects & Operations, you will become part of our innovation team – working directly with our CEO on impactful internal projects.

Your Responsibilities:

• Implement Internal Projects: Accompany internal strategic initiatives from the initial idea to implementation. Work closely with management and internal teams to ensure efficient achievement of internal goals, such as process improvement, tool introduction, or structural development.
• Own Sub-Projects: Independently take responsibility for smaller (sub-)projects, e.g., optimizing processes, automation, or internal reporting. Shape internal matters and take ownership.
• AI-Driven Process Optimization: A key focus is the targeted use of artificial intelligence to make internal workflows and processes more efficient. Identify potential, test AI tools, and support their implementation within our company.
• Proactive Improvements & AI/Tool Scouting: Assist in ideation, identify optimization potential, and independently propose improvements that make a real difference. Track the latest AI tools and technologies, test them, and help introduce them – with a focus on internal application.
• Rapid Prototyping & R&D: Collaboratively develop internal prototypes, evaluate tools and concepts, and validate new ideas – always with an eye on the company's further development.

Your Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Informatics, Economics, or a comparable field – possess a Growth Mindset and "Entrepreneurial Spirit".
• Strong problem-solving skills: You are a troubleshooter, think analytically, and find pragmatic solutions even in complex situations.
• Hunger for new things & Creativity: Enjoy developing original ideas and implementing them independently into concrete results.
• Technical interest and basic knowledge (e.g., coding) are a plus, but not required – willingness to learn and a fundamental understanding of digital tools and processes are more important.
• Excellent German and English language skills – communicate confidently in both languages.
• Initiative & Sense of Responsibility: Confidently handle uncertainty and keep your projects under control independently.
• Forward-thinking: Question processes, actively seek improvement opportunities, and bring new ideas to the team.
• Focus on organizational structures and internal growth, not just client projects.
