About the Role

Do you want to understand how digital products are really built? As a Werkstudent in Product Management, you'll join our internal innovation team, working on multiple parallel projects with real impact. You'll be deeply involved in bringing digital solutions from initial concept to market maturity, collaborating closely with clients, design, development, and management teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement Innovation Projects: Guide digital solutions from the first idea to market readiness. Work closely with clients and internal teams, ensuring efficient goal achievement, including international collaboration.
• Own Ventures & Sub-projects: Independently manage smaller projects and contribute significantly to own ventures with high visibility. Take ownership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proactive Improvements & AI/Tech Scouting: Support ideation, identify optimization potential, and propose improvements. Track, test, and help implement new AI tools and technologies into our projects and processes.
• Rapid Prototyping & R&D: Participate in short development cycles, validate ideas early, and react quickly to feedback. Build prototypes and test concepts for feasibility.

Qualifications

• Ongoing Studies: Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical skills and the ability to find solutions in complex situations.
• Eagerness to Learn & Creativity: Enjoy developing original ideas and implementing them independently.
• Technical Interest: Basic technical knowledge (e.g., coding) is a plus, but a willingness to learn and understanding of agile methods are more important.
• Language Proficiency: Very good German and English communication skills.
• Initiative & Responsibility: Confidently handle uncertainty and manage projects independently.
• Forward-Thinking: Proactively question processes, seek improvements, and contribute new ideas.
• Customer & Business Perspective: Understand client needs and internal goals to propose effective solutions.
• Fast-Paced Environment: Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and thriving in a dynamic setting.
• Prior Experience: First experiences in product management, startups, or development are beneficial but not required.
