Your Mission: The "Werberitter" Role

Are you passionate about setting up projects flawlessly, advising clients with expertise, and developing clear, economically sound proposals from initial requirements? If so, you'll fit right in!

We are seeking an individual with strong skills in commercial project management and client communication. Your focus will be on structure, calculation, and control. You think in solutions, not just tasks!

Your Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation & Project Intake:
• Guide our B2B clients from their initial inquiry to the final proposal.
• Quickly identify key requirements, structure needs, and think holistically about projects.
• Calculation & Proposal Management:
• Create proposals that are not only a perfect fit but also economically well-considered.
• Keep an eye on margins, procurement, and feasibility, making well-founded decisions.
• High-Level Project Steering:
• Lay the groundwork for smooth execution by clearly structuring and prioritizing projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing sight of the big picture.
• Interface Between Client & Internal Teams:
• Ensure clean handovers to internal teams such as media design, procurement, and implementation.
• Ensure everyone knows what needs to be done by providing the right information at the right time.
• Process Development:
• Question existing workflows and contribute ideas for improving efficiency and effectiveness.

Your Profile:

• Several years of experience in project management, account management, or a comparable commercial role.
• A structured, economic, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in working with calculations and a solid understanding of figures and margins.
• Clear, confident, and peer-level communication skills, even in challenging situations.
• Ability to manage multiple topics concurrently and set priorities effectively.
• Experience in advertising technology is a plus, but not a requirement.
