Ihre Aufgaben als IT Supporter (m/w/d)

• Provide technical support and IT service desk functions for customers using AMETRAS software.
• Receive and process support requests via ticketing system, phone, remote access, or on-site visits.
• Perform IT security monitoring.
• Configure servers.
• Install servers at customer sites and oversee installation acceptance.
• Create and maintain system documentation.
• Analyze and resolve technical malfunctions and complex problems.

Ihre Qualifikation

Darauf legen wir Wert:

• Completed apprenticeship or degree in an IT field (e.g., Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/f/d), IT-Systemelektroniker (m/f/d)) or a comparable qualification.
• Alternatively, several years of professional experience in IT support, system engineering, IT operations, or a similar role.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome!
• Good knowledge of server hardware, Linux (ideally SLES), and network technologies.
• Basic experience with SQL databases.
• Experience in installing and configuring IT systems and networks.
• Knowledge of IP cameras is a plus.
• Structured and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Strong service and customer orientation, with excellent communication skills.
• Very good German and good English language skills.
• Driver's license Class B.
• Willingness to travel (max. 5 days per month).
• Willingness to participate in on-call duty.
