We are an IT system house with around 70 dedicated employees and 30 years of expertise, operating from two locations in the Allgäu-Schwaben region. Operating our own highly available data centers allows us to offer our primarily medium-sized clients professional and tailored cloud solutions, as well as IT & Telecommunications services.

Responsibilities

• Technical implementation of IT projects.
• Creation and development of individual IT concepts.
• Selection, planning, and assembly of suitable IT components.
• Technical sales support during customer appointments.
• Support for sales in creating technical offers.
• Participation in the creation and structuring of project plans.
• Technical consulting and support for our clients.
• Analysis of existing IT environments and development of suitable optimization solutions.

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship or degree in the IT field (e.g., Fachinformatiker (m/f/d), IT-Systemelektroniker (m/f/d), Computer Science, or similar).
• In-depth knowledge in 2nd and 3rd level support, along with practical experience in the following areas:
• Virtualization & Application Delivery:
• Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
• Citrix ADC / NetScaler
• Citrix Workspace App
• Microsoft Infrastructure:
• Windows Active Directory (AD, DNS, GPO, DHCP)
• Remote Desktop Services:
• Windows RDS / Terminal Services

We also desire:

• Excellent communication skills and confident demeanor in customer interactions.
• Teamwork ability and independent work ethic.
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
