The jersey is the flagship of a club. A jersey represents love, emotion, responsibility & tradition. However, mostly only professional teams have the opportunity to design their jerseys individually.

This is where we come in: We have developed a platform on which athletes can design their high-quality & individual jersey with the help of a 3D configurator.

About the Role

Become part of our growth and actively shape our social media channels – as a Werkstudent (m/f/d) Social Media in Cologne.

Responsibilities (Aufgaben)

As a Werkstudent (m/f/d) Social Media at spized, you will take on the following tasks:

• Support in the conception and planning of creative social media formats for various platforms.
• Independently plan, create, and publish regular content formats.
• Manage and maintain our IG Broadcast Channel.
• Editorial responsibility for our English-language Instagram account.
• Independent communication with cooperation partners within the scope of content and social media cooperations.
• Analysis of relevant social media key figures and preparation for reporting.
• Support in community management and active interaction with our community.
• Contribute to the creation and further development of our editorial plans.

Qualifications (Qualifikation)

• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
• Current Bachelor's degree (at least 3rd semester) or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or comparable.
• Enthusiasm for social media, digital and societal trends, and motivation to apply theoretical knowledge directly in practice.
• Creative way of working, initiative, and a desire to take on responsibility.
• Passion for sports as well as a good feel for design, trends, and visual aesthetics.
