Your Responsibilities Include a Diverse Range of Topics:

• As a Senior Consultant, you will navigate client-specific requirements, quickly taking on sub-project and project management tasks, and leading your projects independently.
• You will be jointly responsible for the competent support of our clients within the team.
• Together with the team, you will identify and assess optimization approaches in the functional processes and their IT representation for our clients.
• You will actively support acquisition activities and develop functional specifications for the company's own product developments.

What You Bring – Skills That Shape Your Future and Our Clients’:

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or engineering, ideally with a focus on real estate management, or have a comparable qualification.
• You possess at least 4 years of professional experience in the real estate industry.
• You bring sound SAP experience in mapping real estate processes. Relevant experience in modules such as PS, PM, MM, RE-FX, or Finance is mandatory.
• You have independently implemented several relevant SAP projects in the real estate environment, not just participated.
• You are capable of independently capturing client-specific requirements, thoroughly analyzing them, and translating them into viable solutions.
• You can confidently represent functional topics with clients, prepare decisions, and independently structure and drive tasks.
• You work precisely, independently, and with a high standard of quality.
• You are team- and service-oriented and present yourself confidently and professionally when dealing with clients.
• You have very good communication and presentation skills in German and good English skills.
• You are proficient with MS Office.

Important Note: This position is deliberately aimed at experienced consultants who can quickly take on professional responsibility and work productively in client projects without intensive training. If you have only had sporadic contact with SAP or the real estate industry so far, or would need extensive training in the fundamental professional knowledge, this role is not right for you.
